Our Concert Band consists
of beginning band students grades 7 - 12. This band is sometimes
combined with our Symphonic band if the groups are small. Students
at this beginning level may choose to learn any band instrument
of their choice in the following categories: Woodwinds, Brass
or Percussion. We also allow Electric Bass as an instrument
in Band. The concert band performs many times during the school
year. There are many highlights throughout the year including
our Christmas Concert, Downtown Macy’s Concert, and Pep Band
Rallies and Game Performances. Students are automatically a
part of the “Pep Band” when they are in Concert band.
